Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to resolve it.
Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items:
Due to their nature, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange: final sale items, subscription items, phone cases, stickers, rings, socks, wristbands, string bracelets, keychains, and mystery items.
General Guidelines
If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we accept returns or exchanges for unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original shipping date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition. If an item arrives damaged, please email us at clients@printishirt.com with a photo of the damaged product, and we’ll assist you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds incur a $7 handling fee, while exchanges are processed free of charge.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank or credit card account. Some financial institutions take up to 10 business days to process refunds. If it still hasn’t appeared after this time, contact us at clients@printishirt.com.
Exchanges
We’ll replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please follow the return process outlined on our website.
Shipping
Shipping times for exchanges vary depending on your location. For items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We’re not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
For international returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
